“Location is superb, Cheesman Park is my favorite park in Denver and if you get a room on the higher floors then the views (especially west facing) are amazing. Management had some issues in the past but the manager is truly sincere and always working hard to make things better - she's the best. It is apartment living so you can hear some noises through walls and doors, but for location, value, good layouts, and great views - it's an incredible deal.”

“I've lived here for 8 yrs… I moved into a studio lived in that apt for 7 yrs...then I moved into a newly renovated one bedroom…I really like… ( as it was next door to my old place, on the same floor)...the only drawback is my fridge is smaller..other than that...I really like...I love my huge balcony.....I have a ceiling fan in my bedroom…nice big closets...breakfast area, which I purchased two new barstools. Office personnel extremely nice... maintenance crew is respectful when entering your place...and put shoe covers on...most maintenance requests answered within a 24hr turn around time..it's close to RTD Transit...Cheesman Park is a skip away...and King Soopers is close also... Nice neighborhood....and safe bldg...with Fob key entry.”

Meet the Metropolitan

A uniquely historic building.

With its striking lines, geometric floor-to-ceiling windows, and spacious balconies, the Metropolitan is a truly iconic example of mid-century modern architecture. The design of Hungarian-born, Colorado-based American architect Eugene Sternberg, the building has been featured in Denver Modernism Week. Sternberg, who moved from Europe to the United States near the end of WWII, was interested in designing “socially conscious, modern housing” that offered residents quality of life and a sense of community. He designed more than 400 building projects, housing subdivisions, and master-planned communities over his long career, many of them iconic examples of modernist architecture. Sternberg was passionately committed to delivering innovative, contemporary design to the general population, striving to make all he designed beautiful, useful, thoughtful, and economical.
